This might sound a little dramatic, but Paul and Lizz’s Tincture literally saved me! I was suffering from multiple symptoms linked to Menopause or Pre-menopause, like mood swings, feelings of depression, lack of focus , energy , and sudden bursts of anger for no apparent reason to name a few... someone recommended I try the tincture, I did…. 24h later , I felt the difference and I felt better, 48 h later I felt like ME again, almost back to my normal self.  Today, a few months later , I’m 95% better and I do get some of the mentioned symptoms on occasion, but nothing to what it was and I sense that I am better and able to deal with them! I seriously recommend it!

Oh man Lizz, the products were mind blowing. Our favorite is the cacao bars. We actually did a cacao ceremony afterwards to learn more about this plant. We loved it. 

The mushroom journey was really eye opening. And brought us so much more together as a couple. 

The mushroom tincture is really nice too. It's much more subtle. But I actually take it everyday before I write and I feel so much more connected. Bruno takes it before he works out and he says he feels more focused.
